The first pillar of our real estate development model is research and selection. We start out by looking at the market as a whole, identifying strengths and opportunities in prevailing circumstances. We then zoom in to look at specific areas and properties, seeking value in both the near term as well as sustainable. We also look at development, not in a vacuum but tied in with support from stakeholders across local and regional levels.
