With the analysis and acquisition stages completed, it’s time to break ground! Well, before that of course comes a lot of planning for physical development and logistics, as well as procurement of materials and labour. As construction has begun and is moving along, we’re also working on marketing these assets and starting to lease out units or space. It’s a process we’ve done many times before, one that we’ve become experts in.
